That internet rumor has been disproved, but this shouldn't even be discussed here.
You're right. Whatever King claims to be his race really isn't the issue here.

What needs to be discussed is King's willful negligence and ulterior motives when it comes to Peyton Manning. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...eyton-manning/

people really think KD was actually mad?

I do think KD's the most boring superstar I've probably ever seen though. he always wants to be somewhere else. that's fine, just looking back on it it makes perfect sense that he went go GS to just blend in and be a (gigantic) cog in that buzzsaw.

Its awfully funny that his obsession about Peyton seemed to begin right around the time that Cam began receiving criticism for various things

Manning was hilarious. He's just a natural at that stuff.

At first I thought KD's reaction was scripted, but now I wonder if he really was peeved? He seems like a really sensitive guy for an athlete on top of the world. Don't forget how he let Skip Bayless get under his skin.

    Great joke by Peyt.

Ilyasova got 6mil for 1 year with Hawks, I still don't get why teams don't value him as much as I think they should, weird.

I don't know much about this situation or King, but a quick google shows his story came out at the same time as new evidence came about.

I don't see what the debate is here. PM admitted to exposing himself to the female trainer and there was a settlement, then there was enough evidence for a jury to hear a decimation suit and then another settlement.

I love Diaw. I called for bringing him year about seven years ago and was laughed off the forum. A year later his renaissance commenced.

Age likely makes him a lot less helpful now, but he might be great for the culture. Plays the right way, that's for sure.

Diaw has always been somewhat underrated. Pass first players are difficult to guard. Don't know if they are shooting or passing

Euroleague Finals MVP last season. 10/9/4 with 5 blocks in the championship.

I think it's because they are all tall 3 & D small forwards .. or are supposed to be.

He's ( at worst ) a Net Neutral perimeter defender but will likely be a sold perimeter defender.......but not a quality 3pt shooter. He's 6'6"....so he's not really a SF.

Nice read ( from the Sixers Fansided website ):

    https://thesixersense.com/2017/06/02...athon-simmons/

Here is the part that sticks out ( at least as it pertains to character ):

    Improbable Rise To Stardom

Jonathon Simmons’ story is a story that every fan should hear. It shows massive heart and that ‘never give up’ attitude. These attributes alone would make Simmons a fan favorite for the Philadelphia 76ers. Here’s a short breakdown of his inspirational story:

    - Simmons got no D1 offers out of high school.
    - Attended Paris Junior College.
    - Transferred to Midland College.
    - Signed National Letter of Intent to play for the University of Houston.
    - Declared for 2012 NBA Draft, went undrafted.
    - Drafted by American Basketball League’s Sugar Land Legends, averaged 36.5 points per game.
    - Paid $150 registration fee to tryout for Spurs’ D-League team, Austin Toros.

This story is just incredible. Every obstacle was placed in front of Simmons and he overcame every one of them. So many times he could’ve given up but he stuck with it, worked hard, took advantage of the opportunities that came his way, and now he’s reaping the rewards.
Ash from Army of Darkness: Good...Bad...I'm the guy with the gun.
