While we're at it, let's get Robert Johnson, James Blackmon, and that kid from Valpo in the second round...

What will happen tonight? Where does pg go? What do we get in return? Who do we draft at 18?

I'm gonna go on a limb and say pg to phx for Bledsoe and 4 (a little wishful thinking too)

At 18, although I want Donovan Mitchell, the Indiana pacers select TJ Leaf.
    How much money?

Also I doubt PG goes to Phoenix, he doesn't really offer them much, if it was longterm maybe, but they would be silly to trade Bledsoe and the 4th for him.

I think Pritchard either takes Kuzman, or trades up to get OG.

I agree that Paul doesn't go to Phoenix but I think they get involved in a 3 team deal.

Also, OG not playing since the injury will probably hurt any top 10 potential, but I think he still cracks the top 15.

PG will not get traded to the Lakers. Not sure which team, but the Suns will be involved.

18th pick if the Pacers keep it they'll take Semi or Bam.
First time in a long time, I've been happy with the team that was constructed, and now they struggle. I blame the coach.

3 way deal with Cavs, Phoenix:

    We end up with Thompson/Bledsoe.

Both? But why? Pacers need to rebuild, not retool. Are they getting any young players or picks?

Both guys are young (26/27) they are perfect for what we want.

I'd love Bledsoe. Don't like Thompson's contract. Their ages aren't the problem, it's the contracts.

I'm going with this prediction. Paul George is going to be a one-year rental for the Cavs to get ONE more championship for the city, before they blow it up before the 2018-2019 season. I think Thad Young will go to the Cavs too, so the Cavs can play George at the 2 and Lebron at the 3.

EDIT: Phoenix will get the # 18 pick while Indiana keeps their # 4 pick.

Remember when we could have gotten 1-2 solid players and a possible Top 3 draft pick in the 2017 NBA Draft by trading away Paul George?

Hey, hey, hey. This is a predictions thread, lol. We can discuss why or why not in the other threads. I'm curious to see what everyone ultimately thinks will happen.

PG is still a Pacer at midnight, we pick Collins at 18, otherwise quiet

I have no confidence in this front office's ability to squeeze blood from the rotting turnip that is Paul George. Simon will instruct KP to hold on to him and lets have one more go of it, booing fans be damned, Herb wants that Playoff revenue one more time before having to go through the doldrums. If anything this franchise is utterly risk adverse and makes decisions a year too late in these situations.

We will draft Bam Bam at 18.

Well, that bails out everyone since it will be pretty impossible to prove this didn't happen when no trade goes down because taking stale Fritos for Paul makes no sense. Happy to know you think Simon is so stupid that he thinks the arena will be full and sponsors will be knocking down the doors if fans are booing PG and that a team that gives 0 ***** about each other will make a deep playoff run instead of at most 4 extra games.

The way this week is going.....Paul is here until at least July. We aren't able to move up and just draft a meh player at 18. I'm hoping for Bam, may walk into oncoming traffic if we draft Leaf.

    About PG13:

He is traded for a mediocre "Re-tool....not Re-Build" package that will make all of us respond with a collective "WTF? That's all and what we get for him?"

    About the 18th pick:

OG and Donovan will be on the board...Kennard gone....and we end up drafting Ike.

    About PD ( as a collective ):

PD will crash tonight, cdash will go shopping at IKEA for new furniture and ( on Friday morning ) the majority of PD members will start questioning why they are still Pacer fans

I'm thinking PG to the spurs
    Lma to Phoenix
    Bender and #4 to Indiana

    Fingers crossed

I think the pick is gonna make a lot of fans mad tonight by not taking some well known prospect or player who can help us now. Since we're rebuilding & likely the worst team to ever select 18th you've gotta draft for upside. Next year in the top 5 we can take a sure thing but tonight you're gonna see a gamble.

Then the player everyone is mad about turns out to be good & then everyone loves the pick. Sorta like New York with Porzingis or Pacers fans who were happy PG wasn't traded 4 months ago but now are mad.

    Gotta love fans
