What will happen tonight? Where does pg go? What do we get in return? Who do we draft at 18?

I'm gonna go on a limb and say pg to phx for Bledsoe and 4 (a little wishful thinking too)

At 18, although I want Donovan Mitchell, the Indiana pacers select TJ Leaf.

No trades, Pacers draft Luke Kennard or TJ Leaf.

I boo them (pacers)to no end.

If PG is still here, then this is a lost season, looking forward to next year.

Paul is traded to a team other than the Lakers in a 3 team deal. 18 goes with it. We get back two picks and a player.

PG is dealt before the draft. Would love to see the Lakers blink and send us #2, but I highly doubt it. I think PHX has a chance to get involved, but I think it's fairly likely the Celtics throw a combo of young players and future picks at us and we also work a deal with Sacto for that #10. I'd be thrilled to get this year's #10 and next year's Brooklyn pick (from BOS).

At #18, if we end up picking there, I think we end up with Ike, Bam, or OG, outside shot at Justin Jackson and Donovan Mitchell, but probably have to move up for them.
It's a new day for Pacers Basketball.

Don't think PG gets dealt today (hope I'm wrong) and we either draft Giles or OG

    Phoenix: Love
Cavs: PG, Al Jeff or Monta
    Pacers: Bledsoe, #4

Pacers take Jayson Tatum or Josh Jackson at #4 and OG or Giles at #18. Other players involved but just like Shumpert and such.

PG goes to the Clippers today.

Pacers get #4 from Phoenix plus another asset or two.

I don't know who we draft at #18 and I'm not even sure we keep #18, however, I think we will have at least 2 picks in the first round.

    2 options:

Most likely: Pacers keep PG & trade him in July to the highest bidder not named "Lakers."
    Pacers draft Justin Patton @ 18 & Frank Mason @ 47

Least likely but if a trade goes down: Pacers trade PG to Lakers for #2 overall pick & Luol Deng.
Pacers draft Jackson @ 2, (should be Lonzo Ball if not Fox.) Ike Anigbogu @ 18, Dwayne Bacon @ 47 (Praying)
If this happens I'll be calling off work tomorrow morning because I'll be so hungover.

I'd prefer taking Isaac at 2 or see if you could trade back to the 4th or 5th pick, still get Isaac/Fox/Jackson, and pick up future pick(s); then Semi at 18, buy a higher 2nd rounder to take Cam Oliver and take George de Paula at 47.

    Isaac/Fox/Jackson
    Semi Ojeleye
    Cam Oliver
    George de Paula

    My ideal draft.
First time in a long time, I've been happy with the team that was constructed, and now they struggle. I blame the coach.

PG is dealt somewhere in a 3 team deal, we do not receive a top 5 pick in the process. Rather we get a late first.

We draft Bam Adebayo with #18, Biggie Swanigan with our newly acquired pick and Thomas Bryant in the second round.

Guys hoping for Phoenix to get involved may be disappointed. Hearing Suns are talking with the Knicks.

Might as well draft OG Anuoby with the early pick too.

    Pacers 2017 Draft:
    OG Anuoby
    Caleb Swanigan
    Thomas Bryant

Would probably make a lot of the fanbase happy. If we're going to be the worst team in the league this probably isn't a bad idea. The Pacers ticket reps would sure love this

No trade. We get another pick in the late 1st rounder. We will get OG and Ferguson.

I like this. Add Dwayne Bacon in 2nd & I'd be just as happy if we traded PG for #2 & took Lonzo probably.

If OG is there we draft him, otherwise we go Bam.

Bam is just a guy. Probably a rotational player off the bench for a bad team. That's fine but I'm looking for starters or swinging for the fences

I'd be very disappointed if we drafted OG. He was awful for IU last year before he got injured. No effort, bad defense, no offensive game to speak of.

    PG's a Celtic.

Dunno who we'll draft cause Prtich is a new dude, but probably a combo guard or a 3/4 swing guy.

OG is not going to be there guys. I think he goes the other way actually and jumps a spot or 2. Regardless I'll be really surprised if he gets by Minnesota at 7. He's exactly the type of player they need.

Surely we'd see more fan support than usual. Getting more local guys would certainly also help in keeping them around after, you know, 8 years or so...

Obviously not likely to happen (don't see us actually drafting Bryant or Swanigan) but it's fun to think about.
