Eh, we fight each other all the time. Its happens. So long as its consenting parties, i dont care. The game is in SA, not Detroit. We're not stabbing each other to death.....

I remember last year. Some laker fan and a few of his buddies were stupid enough to start an altertcation, and they got pummeled.

Not my cup of tea, but I'm beyond the point of trying to control every little thing a few people do, in a crowd of 10,000. I expect our fans to get ripped again, but I just don't care anymore about things I can't control.

I've probably been to 500 Pacers games in my lifetime, and I don't think I've ever seen a fight between fans of any type.

Edit: For what its worth, I suppose I should mention that I always have sat in "good seats" And I usually am concentrating on the game

I did see a fight at Market Square Arena--- it was during a Knicks/Pacers playoff game in 1995 (I believe--- I would have to look it up to be sure). A Pacers fan hit a Knicks fan for whatever reason... I didn't see it all, and I didn't see who got thrown out, but I think both parties did.

I saw a fight at a Bulls Pacers game once about 3 rows behind me. Me and this other guy were the only two pacers fans in the section, and we were up by about 15 (this was in 2002 I think...) and reggie drained a 3 about midway through the 4th and we jumped up and cheered. Then this drunk Bulls fan decides to punch the guy in the stomache. Pacers fan then dumps his beer on the guy and is the only one that gets thrown out. The Bulls fan that started the fight didnt get kicked out, and one other guy jumped in the fight too and also didn't get kicked out. Its kind of funny to look back at it.

We used to sit near each other but over the years I've seen many many fights. But never between Pacer fans.

Ok, now that I think about it almost all of the fights I've seen have been out in the hallways or on the streets.

Game 6. I remember that game well. That and 1999 Game 2 were the ugliest crowds I've ever seen at MSA.

Not that I saw the fight - I was too worried about getting my own @ss out of there alive.

I agree problems can happen anywhere, but the Palace has a real management problem. Hello, Mr. Wilson are you listening?

I had to laugh when he said they shouldn't need security at The Palace when they're only there to watch the game on a big screen. Any city where they have to have security at the local Farmer Jack's needs security everywhere.

actually, i find it amusing. Somehow, Sassan's opinions aren't going over as well on the pistons forum as they went here

.......further proof that sassan's here every day, even though he supposedly has washed his hands of PD......

The best part was when i said I wasnt a "true" piston fan, because I had the nerve to frequent a pacer message board.....

LOL. Sassan may be a troll and too argumentative a poster here, but when he's turned on another forum it's hilarious. Here's hoping he finds the WorldCrossing and We Roll Hard crews

I have to click on that link again now. I had left it alone since this was originally posted.

There is nothing wrong with Detroit's security. They had all the situations under control. All the brawls, the bomb threats, quarters being thrown, nothing wrong, nothing to see here folks, move it along.
