Thanks everyone. Not sure how this turned into such a runaway. Probably because Detroit's still playing.

Spent the last 3 days chaperoning a bunch of teenagers - without air conditioning. Such fun ...

Think I'm going to bed now.

    He is a Piston fan.

I wasn't able to vote for this one, but it would have been a close call between DK and Kstat.

I voted for shags, but I had a hard time choosing between him and DK. He's a more than worthy winner! Congrats DisplacedKnick!

Just as a frequent browser, I would have to vote for Kstat because he has to feel the hate on an almost daily basis, yet is very consistently present and thoughtful. Although, many times I wonder if it's only the joy of flaunting success in the enemy camp which compels him here.
Btw, Kstat, what kind of adjustments do you forsee Brown making before game 2?

Frankly, I liked our gameplan. Rasheed Wallace just needs to get the ball more.

Part of the reason Tim Duncan was able to break through our defense in the 4th quarter, was because we WERENT MAKING HIM PLAY DEFENSE.

Much as I love Billups, we need to get the ball to sheed more often. Duncan can't guard sheed any more than sheed can guard him.

Other than that, I think we just ran out of gas in the 4th. If it happens again in game 2, i'll change my tune, but I saw the Pistons a step slow on WAY too many occasions to chalk it up to SA just being better. As I said, if it happens again in game 2, then I think major adjustments may be needed.

It was only game 1. No need to press the panic button yet.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.
