I hope the Spurs win in 4 or 5 just to see the Detroit fans have it handed to them at home like the Spurs did to the Knicks fans.

No offense Kstat or Rim. Well, not much anyway.

On the local news tonight they did a blurb about Spurs fans watching the game. They compared the two cities and made these observations: In Miami you can drink and party at South Beach. In Detroit you can drink and fight at the arena. I'm glad that Detroit won because the most annoying sportscaster here wanted Miami to win because he liked going to Miami better.

I was pulling for Miami a little, but it doesn't really matter. In the grand scheme of things, the Spurs should handle the Pistons in the Finals.

Not over here. I wanted Detroit to win. I've bided my time, waiting until they met up with a team that should beat them. My time has come. I get an entertaining Finals for the first time in years, and I get to see my favorite non-Pacers team beat my enemy. Sweetness should be around the corner for me if San Antonio sticks to the script.

Enjoy it Kstat. I'm loking forward to a good championship series. The two teams are pretty even, but I think S.A. has a little more offense.

Ditto. This should be an infinitely better Finals than last year.

Miami can ***** all they want. They had game 7 in THEIR BUILDING, and they lost.

Home court advantage really means nothing to these guys......now I kinda understand why they half-assed the first 3 months of the season....they believe they can win ANYWHERE.

Yes. If this entire playoffs hasn't taught each and every one here who didn't already absolutely believe it, that true contenders don't need home court, then they will never ever get it.

....and larry brown pulls his *** out of the fire yet again.

That Elden-Ben lineup late in the 4th was BRILLIANT. It allowed Ben to play off the ball for the first tiem all series, and he disrupted everything Miami did.

So does that mean since I'm a fan of Indy teams, golden angels should be doing me sexual favors right about now?

Oh, I'm not saying others have it worse.

That goes for you guys, too. A lot of cities would KILL for the Pacers and Colts right now.
