    Nets are so stupid. lol
First time in a long time, I've been happy with the team that was constructed, and now they struggle. I blame the coach.

Just for fun, should we do predictions on what we think the top 3 will look like? I'll go with:

    1. Phoenix
    2. Boston
    3. Orlando

They're so screwed. I honestly can't think of a franchise that has dug themselves a bigger hole. Hats off to Brook Lopez for not publicly demanding a trade
"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

The conspiracy part of me says:

    Lakers
    Celtics
    Knicks
"It's just unfortunate that we've been penalized so much this year and nothing has happened to the Pistons, the Palace or the city of Detroit," he said. "It's almost like it's always our fault. The league knows it. They should be ashamed of themselves to let the security be as lax as it is around here."

The Lakers lose their pick to Philly if it falls out of the top 3, right? Just because they won those games at the end of the season, I'll say the order goes:

    Boston
    Phoenix
    Philly

Also, if the info here is correct, Philly has as many as 6 picks this year? 2 firsts and 4 seconds? Wow!
It's a new day for Pacers Basketball.

They are screwed, but they at least seem to have competent management now. The Knicks and Kings however...

I'm having a hard time deciding what I want to happen in the lottery tonight. For example, if we end up trading Paul to Boston or LA, I would want them to have the best pick possible. But if we are not trading him, I would want them both to get screwed as much as possible. So not sure what to root for without knowing our plans.

Ainge isn't trading anything close to what you'd want for a one year rental.

I don't think he will sell the farm for PG with the potential he bolts to LA, but Ainge took a gamble similar to this before with KG. If he can convince PG they can win a title (not a difficult leap to make), and PG gets there and they are competing or make the Finals, I don't think it's crazy to think PG would re-sign there.

Only made that deal because KG agreed to an extension. I don't see Paul doing that

I don't either, but Ainge is an aggressive guy. I don't rule anything out with him.

Worst case scenario for the lottery: Miami jumps into the top 3.

Okay, I've decided to assume we're not trading PG for a top pick, so screw the Lakers and Celtics. Hope somehow neither gets in the top 3. I'm rooting for Phoenix to get No. 1.
