I was waiting for this thread to start up, so I could say this.

I think this is a must win game for the Pacers. I feel very confident that the Pistons will take one game in Conseco Fieldhouse (they're 4-1 there since acquiring Rasheed), so if the Pacers have any designs on winning this series, they better win tonight.

    We'll see what happens.

Agreed. It's a must win. I think we have a chance. Now that we've experienced the Pistons, we can know what to expect and go in with our heads on straight. Now if we can only get our shots to drop - then we'll be ok. But if we have a poor shooting night - we're toast.

Go Pacers! Bring us home a split.

While it would be nice to get a win tonight I can't call this a 'must win' just yet. The Pacers need to hold serve at home and eventually get one at Detroit. Until they blow a home game the only 'must win' is game 7.

I'll be the first to admit keeping Detroit from taking one at Indy will be a task. But that's why they play the games and that's why there is drama.

I will end this pregame talk with:

    Roooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooar!! !!!!!

Well, we need to play good Defense, which I think we did in Game 1, but we only did in spurts. We must find a way to get our shots to drop. In Game 1, we got nice looks, we just didn't hit.

    Also, LIMIT TURNOVERS!!

THATS it, we need go D and some luck on Offence.. the officals certainly can't be any worse, hopefully the pistons have been lulled in to a fake sence of security and we can run away with this one early, it'll be good to place them under some pressure and see how they handle it... remember they are a volitile team and if the buckets start going our way and not there's, they could implode and i'm hoping they do..

GO PACERS GO GO GO, hit em early and hit em hard... some good shots will set us up for a good day

1-1 back at Conseco friday would be awesome.. can't wait 2 watch that game

I think it'll be anyone's game with 5 minutes to go, and whoever executes down the stretch will win the game.

IF the Pacers can limit turnovers and Piston offensive rebounds, they'll be in it at the end. However, that's one big IF.

I'd be happy with a close loss of 5 points or less. I shouldn't be happy with any losses, but I think we could capitlize at home on the next 2 games if we can compete pretty well tonight.

BUT WE BETTER WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOO PACERS!
