Thread: What was your name on the Indy Star forum?

Default What was your name on the Indy Star forum?

Many of us followed Hicks from the old forum. And it seems like there are a lot of new people posting who say they used to post at the Star. I thought it would be interesting for those who have gone through multlple names like Rimfire/Displaced Knick to list their names as it would help clarify who everybody is especially as we vote for forum awards.

i have always been abington. been posting on the star forum since '99. moved over here with everyone else when RATS went to *****.

I don't have a name, but felt compelled to share anyway...

I used to lurk at the IS forum all the time but never posted. I was a lot younger and watched the KINGS a lot more than I did the Pacers. I never really had anything to add there, but since folloing the movement with Hicks, I have started to insert myself here more.

Dont remember, I havent been there in over a year. In fact I think I posted there once and found PD. Even then, half the posters where trolls. It's a shame that Indy Star doesnt manage their msg boards better. But then again their staff writer goes on espn predicting detroit in 5 or 6.

bmac then and bmac now. Those forums over there have totally fallen apart.......and back in the day (pre-summer 2003) I used to hit Indystar every day. I shudder to think now.

I was grace, but quit posting after I came here. I signed up again recently, but I'm not telling who I am because I don't want those peons to know. I suppose if they have a brain amoung them they could figure it out on their own.

Let me clarrify: if any of them who cared who I am had a brain amoung them they'd be able to figure it out.

Tom. Not Tom White, not PacerTomTB, not any of the other "*[tT]om*"'s, just Tom. People always got us confused, which is why I switched to my ole' college nickname, because, hey, at least it's distinctive.

[edit] Plus, I doubt Rat would have made me this snazzy outfit (<---).
