Lance didn't turn the team into a contender but he did turn them into a playoff team. I know, advanced stats, blah blah. I watched the games.

Dahntay Jones just dunked the ball and started talking trash by Norman Powell in a game that was decided. Can't wait to see how cRaptors fans spin that one to be "different" from what Powell did against the Bucks.

Because Jones got ejected? Just throwing it out there.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

LeBron grabbed a beer from the sideline server and pretend drank it during the game.

Could you imagine what would happen if Lance did that?

Nobody would care. It's Lance Stephenson. He hasn't been relevant since he blew into lebron's ear around 3 years ago. He's not some national lightning rod for criticism. You actually have to be good to draw that kind of national attention.

If Raptors get swept, and have blowouts in the mix, do we feel better about the season?
Compared to the Raptors? I would. They go into the Summer having to pay Ibaka, Lowry and Tucker. Knowing that they'll have lots of money tied up in players who still couldn't get them past Cleveland.

Haha. So mad. It doesn't seem Lance fans are fun for you-- you seem quite irritated by them.

I guess you missed the controversy with Lance and the Raptors and how much they cared, I assumed you followed the NBA and not just the status of Lance. Not everything is insinuating Lance is All NBA.

No, I actually saw that game. They reacted because of what Lance did, not because it was Lance that did it. It was a story for about a day and promptly forgotten about everywhere outside of here. It's not like Lance is public enemy #1 in Toronto or something. They have actual playoff opponents to care about at he moment.

I just enjoy reacting to it. He's not my problem. I'm not the one bringing him up.

It's hard to resist poking fun at a guy that had both feet out of the NBA what, a month ago? It's like the parent that keeps telling everyone how awesome her kid is when in reality her kid kinda sucks. You don't blame the kid for that but it's hard not to giggle at the parent.

Did I say that the Raptors would be worried about Lance right now? You make no sense, Lance has you unhinged.

It's hard to resist poking fun at an NBA franchise that has only won over 40 games once in the last eight seasons, but hey.

Hey, I do it all the time. But at least I'm honest about my team sucking.

I assume there are sunshiner Pistons fans out there - do you interact with them online and do they hate you?

Of course. When it's my team and someone keeps telling me how awesome Aron Baynes or Marcus Morris or Kentavious Caldwell Pope are, it actually does irritate me because they are in fact, not good. They are the opposite of good.

When I see someone wax poetically about Lance Stephenson of all people, it's adorable, because I have no dog in that fight. It isn't my problem so I can find humor in it.

It's a bit more complicated for our fans because we've seen our controversial player perform in playoff games...

I get it. I'm not telling you what to think.

But to act as if people are nuts for thinking Lance could be a solid player here, after averaging 16,3,5 in a playoff series (although a competitive sweep) vs the champs, is silly.

Pritchard just called him "the best defensive rebounding shooting guard in the league." I'm not saying he's right, but people only commenting to essentially say Lance fans are idiots is a bit much.

"The best defensive rebounding shooting guard in the league?" Is that a real title?

Has anyone ever tried ranking all the shooting guards by how well they defensively rebounded?

Nice try. You would be wrong. The lay up was a pretext to have an excuse to go nuts on Lance.

How do you argue against him being almost out of the league...I just find it amusing people think Lance is some kind of star in this league. He is at best a poor man's Ginaboli, best comparison for him is Jamal Crawford when he was young,
