I have never felt this bad from a Pacers playoff loss, even those games we lost that were much higher stakes.
Agreed. I thinks its the weight of a game like this on PG's future that has me feeling sick. This would've flipped the narrative. Suddenly the national story would've been how the Pacers were a CJ Miles shot from being up 2-1. No more pundits ******** on us as a bad team who didn't belong in the playoffs. Alas, we just gave them all the fodder in the world to keep the same narrative alive.

Not sure if I care about this lost to tell you the true maybe there is something positive out of this like Nate and Bird gone.

Really feel like it is. This loss was devastating. Fans of the Colts, Pacers, and Hoosiers know this feeling all too well. Really think cursed is the only way to describe it.

When is the last time we were swept? I dont think I've ever seen one. We were down 3-0 to the bulls in 2011 but managed to get the lone victory.

this is on the coach, you go away with what put you in the position to win the game and play so conservative its disgusting. people scared to shoot the ball, turner looking like a lost puppy out there, not even sure he knows he was playing bball lol. teague and paul only ones who know anything honestly, make it a lot less obvious that all we are trying to do is give paul an iso and actually run an offense. and all the switching at last second on defense then trying to crowd the paint while someone throws a jump pass to the open guy. poorly coached team, thats all it is.

We really need a coaching change. Blowing a 26 point lead in the playoffs is ridiculous
"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

"We've got to be very clear about this. We don't want our players hanging around with murderers," said Larry Bird, Pacers president.

I knew they were trying to bring me in in half time and destroy me, I didn't let that happen

Unfortunately, Paul will be the one that is gone.

The only way Bird and McMillan will leave is if fans don't show up.

Of course on Sunday most of them will be rooting for the Cavs.

Seriously. I feel like I just got asked out by my crush to the prom only to find out it was a joke and I was tricked by everyone.
I somehow won Prom Queen and just got a bucket of pig's blood dumped on me. Now I just want to destroy everything.

    Stat of the night...

Paul George didn't shoot FTs or got a foul called since 7 minutes and 34 seconds left the second quarter.
This was incorrect...he got 3 more FTs one minute into the 4th quarter.

Remember when we could have gotten 1-2 solid players and a possible Top 3 draft pick in the 2017 NBA Draft by trading away Paul George?

We were up 10 and Nate puts Monta in and starts switching on defense so Monta was guarding Lebron. You just cant tell me this is not a blatant move to throw this game and the series. He's done this the entire series and when he didnt do it, we were up 26 points. I swear to God someone needs to investigate Nate McMillan. I'm not even joking about this.

I figured they would win a game or two but the series? Of course not anyone who thinks someone other than LeBron is making the NBA Finals is clearly high.

    Soul crushing loss....

I might think of more to say later but that is all that resonates right now.
Nuntius was right for a while. I was wrong for a while. But ultimately I was right and Frank Vogel has been let go.

Yeah, well it would be pretty bold if he just tweeted this.

Breaking news: team that played no defense all year, had no consistent team identity or pride plays inconsistent game with no defense.

PG13's departure is so inevitable, I almost want the rebuild to start now. But this market wouldn't weather the timeline, IMO.

Myles Turner with 6/5. He just sucks right now. Can't hit anything. Can't rebound. Can't defend.

I am going to get roasted for asking this, but I will anyways:

Did anyone else feel like Paul George let the refs get in his head. Paul did not get a lot (a **** ton to be honest) of the calls, but I felt like he was out of his game a bit in the third and was just looking for contact.

When the TNT guys said the HC got the tech and not Paul I was hoping Paul would go off on a official and get a tech just to get it out of his system.

Not even close to the reason we lost, but an observation I made right after that technical foul was called

We at least got to see the Colts win an SB

And the Hoosiers won 5 championships (in basketball)

The Pacers won but I wasn't alive.

I'm embarrassed to be a Pacer fan right now.
