Default 2017 NBA Playoffs: (3) Toronto vs. (6) Milwaukee

This may turn out to be just as close as the 3/6 in the west, albeit not as entertaining. The Raptors are better on paper but they're hurting and fading while the Bucks are one their way up. I look for Giannis to show up big time as Toronto is woefully equipped to stop him. Going with the upset.

    Prediction: in 6

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

Am I missing something with the Raptors? They're 11-2 going into this evening, and got Lowry back a couple of games ago. They went 3-1 against the Bucks, with the dropped game coming when Lowry was inactive.

I'm taking the Raptors in 6. Giannis is great, but the Bucks are really going to need a better Middleton than the one that's ended the regular season. Moose and Teletovic are good for an offensive punch, but they're sieves on the other end of the ball, and you can't play them more than half a game each.

I'll take Raptors in 7. I like Milwaukee's fight, I think they're an exciting team.

I'm picking Bucks, mostly because it just seems like something that would happen to the Raptors and their annoying fans.

    Raptors in 5 I think.
Could be an interesting series, but I don't see anyone stopping Lowry or DD from the Bucks, unless Middleton is feeling better and up to the task. JV will probably dominate too, but let's see if playoff basketball against an agitating strong post player can bring some more fire from Monroe.
I will be watching at least.

I am curious to see how the Bucks style of defense holds up in a playoff series. Their aggressive double teaming, switching defense tends to catch regular season foes by surprise, but I will be interested to see how it holds up when a team has time to prepare and gets used to the style

Raptors in 6, think the Freak will be amazing but Raptors take care of business.
"It's just unfortunate that we've been penalized so much this year and nothing has happened to the Pistons, the Palace or the city of Detroit," he said. "It's almost like it's always our fault. The league knows it. They should be ashamed of themselves to let the security be as lax as it is around here."

Raptors in 7, they have a better bench and more balanced team compared to last season. I would love for Raptors to lose as their fans are annoying.

I have nothing against the Raptors but I have to root for the Bucks in this series. Go Giannis, go

How come they gave Giannis a technical foul? They T'd him up for displaying playoff excitement.

No idea. I didn't watch the game. I'm just happy that the Bucks won and Giannis had a great game. Seeing him transforming into a star is amazing even if I'm not following his career closely
