    Default One Deal

Pretty much everyone on here would like to see the Pacers make multiple moves or a move involving multiple players to fix our problems. The reality is that we will be lucky to make one move.

So here's my question. If the Pacers only make one move..and not a move involving a lot of players, what should they do? You can be as specific or general as you like.

In my opinion, we need to move Stuckey and bring in a PF that can guard the 3 point line and rebound decently. I don't care if he is a starter or come off the bench. I don't know who would fit that description that we could get though.

No way the Lakers would do this.

I'd take either of those trades. Though I don't see the Bulls or Suns accepting.

An unprotected 1st? They would take it and run.

The Lakers??????? More like the Pacers!!!!!!!!

Lakers want to get worse, so moving Lou for a first rounder I'm sure they'll do.

Most Boston fans seem to be down for George for Amir Johnson(expiring), Crowder, Jaylen Brown, 2017 Boston/Brooklyn pick, 2018 Brooklyn pick, and the 2019 Memphis pick. I would be all over that if actually offered. I would even kick in CJ or Stuck if Boston thought it would help them compete this year. Would also offer a Jefferson or Ellis swap for Green (to make salaries match) if they thought that would help them compete. Hell, I would offer to add a Teague or Thad for Smart swap if they wanted to.

I love PG, but I just don't think we have a realistic chance of surrounding him with a competitive team before he expires.

3 usable players and 3 picks for PG? Where do we sign?

Boston doesn't want the contract for Al. Would be a no go.

In this fantasy transaction everything past the original proposal would be Boston's choice. Didn't figure you would want the Ellis or Jefferson swaps, but hey, if you think it pushes you past Cleveland take em'!

I'd take either one of those but I don't see it happening. Perhaps Stuckey and a 2nd for Booker because it will save Brooklyn at least a couple million in salary next year, but I think they would probably be able to get better offers.

I don't either, but that team has a legit shot at Cleveland I think.

This is my second favorite reaction to a Grimp post after someone saying "don't talk to me Grimp" after he quoted them

I wouldn't want to move the pick either. It would be my last option though. If it can get done with a lottery protected 1st or a 2017 2nd rounder then I'd take that route.

I don't care who we acquire if we can get rid of either CJ or Stuckey. Preferably Stuckey since CJ can occasionally get hot and would be useful of the bench for spot minutes.
