Pacers trade: 2019 1st round pick, Rodney Stuckey, Rakeem Christmas, Georges Niang, 2017 2nd rounder.
Heat trade: James Johnson
Lakers trade: Nick Young
Pacers acquire: James Johnson, Nick Young
Heat acquire: Georges Niang, 2017 2nd
Lakers acquire: 2019 1st, Rodney Stuckey, Rakeem Christmas
Why for Indy: Ex Raptor James Johnson has 1 year left on his contract is a good stretch 4. He can shoot, but also is a banger and plays physical and rebounds the ball. Also plays with hustle and energy. Would be good off the bench. Nick gives us instant offense off the bench or as a starter.
Why for Miami: They get another young prospect in Niang they can hopefully develop like they've done with guys like Tyler Johnson and Josh Richardson. They also get our 2017 2nd rounder.
Why for the Lakers:They get a future 1st and a young big in Christmas who might be able to get playing time and contribute with the Lakers. Stuckey replaces Young but can also fill in for Calderon when his deal is up next Summer.
