    Default Closeout game gear

I'm wearing my OLD Pacer socks (bought at Spiece, maybe in 1999) one of those cheesy pacer bracelets and an even older pacer undershirt (circa 94)... as soon as I get home, I'm putting on my old Reggie-style warm-up long sleeve (circa 96?) and these great cheesy new extra-long bright yellow mesh shorts with a HUGE pacer symbol on the side. Also will throw on one of my hats.

Also, drinking whiskey is a must personally.

    Closeout game gear tonight folks?

Wearing the same Jermaine O'Neal #7 shirt and same sweats (both unwashed) that I wore for the last victory....I usually wear the cheesy Hardee's GO PACERS bracelet for games too, but I didn't for Game 5, so I'm not tonight either...

Bottom line: You don't f**k with a winning streak, even if it's one game.....I wore the same stuff unwashed (just for the game) for the six game winning streak earlier in the year.......

Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.

    • Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
    • Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

So far my gear has worked for all the wins. Forgot to wear it on the losses.

Yup. I was actually surprised MR didn't get pictures of me. Jay stopped by and we talked for a bit... he seems like a pretty cool guy.

Did you get the condoms from VAPacersFan?

(if you don't get it he made a Freudian slip yesterday or the day before and used the word condom instead of the correct word-I can't remember what that word was, though).

    2) Jay's_Wife@Section204 and I ran into Rat (and the Barefoot Girl) in the concourse before the game. (No, she wasn't sitting on the hood of a dodge, drinking warm beer.) I thought - for just a second - that I'd tell him that I was going to go over to your seats and say "hi", but then I thought better of it. Actually, when I was walking over there I was thinking that you were sitting right behind him, but you were closer to the south baseline.

Back to the topic at hand, I'll probably put on my "Boom, Baby!" shirt from the 1994 playoffs. I may also put on my authentic Flo-Jo #31, as shown in the "Reggie's last r.s. home game photo thread/ catalogue") I save those for very special games. This probably qualifies.
Why do the things that we treasure most, slip away in time
Till to the music we grow deaf, to God's beauty blind
Why do the things that connect us slowly pull us apart?
Till we fall away in our own darkness, a stranger to our own hearts
And life itself, rushing over me
Life itself, the wind in black elms,
Life itself in your heart and in your eyes, I can't make it without you

Yeah, I looked in that direction a couple of times, but didn't have any sort of angle. And with the wife and all 3 youngsters I didn't get out and about.....

Make up your mind, man, you drinkin' beer or you drinkin' Rolling Rock?

I'll be wearing my custom #11 retro jersey and pounding Shiner Hefeweizen and Sweetwater Blue.

And probably talking a bit of if the game goes badly, scaring the children and animals. So it better not go badly :
