Yeah it was very disappointing for me too. PJ consistently gets praised for his demeanor and such though. Everyone I know that has interacted with him says he's a great guy.

21-8 after Q1. Hasn't been as impressive as the score I don't think, but we can't beg.

I was looking at your schedule earlier and this is really the only win I can pick out for you guys this season. I'm guessing you'll pull 2-3 wins, but Hazell is a dead man walking.

LSU not too happy with Brandon Harris. There's some Danny Etling murmurs in the Bayou. S-E-C, S-E-C!

LSU turning beastly QB recruits into nobodies is kinda a lowkey Les Miles storyline. I'd take the dude at Purdue in a heartbeat, and he'd have way better gigs he could take, but his offense is straight outta the 70s.

We only gave up 200 yards total to the Bearcats in the first quarter. Good news is, according to BTN, Coach Hazell has been in a great mood about the Boilermakers.

    GREAT!

That was a helluva a TD throw by Blough. Gotta give respect there.

Fair to say our Secondary needs a lot of work, we just aren't there mentally, horrible angles, don't know when to play the ball and when to just atttack the receiver, we play slow and don't catch up with guys, and again tackling and coverage angles are horrible.

This game should be closer, the 3rd down conversions are coming on pretty much wide open passes, it is pretty sad.

He was doing fine in the pocket, why did we need to roll him out?

We've been rolling our QB's out for the last 3 or 4 years now and half to time it seems to prove to be a disaster. But hey, Danny Hazell feels great about this team and thats all that matters!

6 starters on opening day in 6 years, yeah sounds about right, if he knows how to scramble let it happen naturally, stop eliminating half of the field... especially when your QB is doing fine.

We must not tell our WR's to be aggressive, the pick in the EndZone we just flopped instead of trying to go up and get the ball, on the 3rd down pass to the endzone we didn't go after the ball or make the defender commit pass interference we just let it hit his helmet.

I think this team just lacks intensity and aggression. Hazzell light a fire, dang.

They asked Purdue's new AD when will Purdue get back to the level of play we played during the Joe Tiller era. Our AD said " I have no idea ".

Blough has not really did that bad, but if you don't have receivers being aggressive then it doesn't really matter, you aren't going to be able to take shots.

Oh wow, keep him in the pocket, his arm is strong enough where you don't need to roll him out, if the WR's catch then he will be fine.

That pass was on point, probably hard to catch because of the rain, but it we tried through all of the other stuff.

Last thing DC needs to be fired, secondary is horrible and, no one on our team understands how to contain the outside, we don't understand where our help is, and we take pour angles, fire him immediately!

Danny Etling, the new starting QB for LSU. yet he wasn't good enough for Purdue. almost like the coaches are morons or something.
