Pacers: We get a shooting guard upgrade in Josh Richardson. At 6'6 200 pounds he gives us better size and length at the 2. He's also on a cheap deal until 2018. He's a 1 year player and very young (22) but he's proven a good ability to shoot and score the ball. I think he'd be worthy of a starting spot. Rudy would come off the bench with Ellis, CJ Miles, GRIII, and Al Jefferson.
Kings: The point guard dilemma in SACTO is finally solved. Dragic would be a great pairing with Cousins. Kings will have him under contract for the next 4 seasons. They can continue to build from there but Mcroberts (PF), Cousins (C), and Dragic (PG) is a good nucleus. Just need a dynamic SG and SF. Mcroberts would give them shooting from the PF spot allowing Cousins to dominate down low without having to worry about constant double-teams.
Heat: They just need bodies right now. For Miami this signals a full rebuild. They unload Dragic's contract and Mcroberts deal as well. Prepping cap space for next Summer. In return they get a solid backup for Whiteside in Koufous. Stuckey gives them a veteran presence at the PG/SG spot. Who can also opt out next Summer to free up more space. Mclemore gives them a young guard who's further ahead in development than Josh as Ben is a 3 year player around the same age. Lavoy gives them a another big body but he has a team option for next Summer. Heat will most likely not pick up. More importantly though, they get a 2017 1st from both Sacramento and Indiana.
