Nuntius was right for a while. I was wrong for a while. But ultimately I was right and Frank Vogel has been let go.

Graham Gano misses that first FG in OT Pep probably still has a job. I don't know how more NFL coaches don't have anxiety issues.

Interested to see how the offense responds. You would think they would want to play clock control this week. Honestly I hope Luck comes out firing and we're ultra aggressive. This team needs a spark. Run a trick play or something

Oh they have a trick play.... It's a punt that shifts into a fake and....

    This news made my night.
There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.

Bad move. Pep isn't the problem for the poor built offense.

I'll just respectfully and completely disagree.

He most certainly was one of the problems.

Yeah, this is not a team that needs trick plays. It needs better execution. On both sides of the ball.

    Not surprising.

I'm curious as to who's next to blame/go if Luck continues to struggle?

    Pagano, then Grigson.

Chud likes his TEs, so Fleener and Allen should get more looks at least

Was the offense good with Hasselbeck in? Yes.
Does Pep have control over offensive line? No.
Does Pep have control over WR's getting open? Probably not.

Don't get me wrong I really like Chud as an OC. He made Cam a thing. I just think Pagano fired Pep as a scapegoat.

Pep can call plays that help nullify our pathetic offensive line. He can call short passes and bubble screens to get our struggling QB in rhythm and our receivers open. He could have put in those increasingly popular "pick" plays to free receivers up. As OC, there are a lot of things he could have done better. Is he the only problem? Of course not. But it makes sense that he is the first domino to fall.
