    Default All-NBA 2011

Here's a thought, who, right now, would be the All-NBA team of 2011 (the year we make contact). Of course, it might be someone who is still in high school now, but just for the heck of it. Shaq will be long retired, Duncan will be 36 and thinking about retiring. Miller will have produced a 1/2 dozen movies (or whatever). Here's how things might look:

    2005 stats - 2011 stats

    RPG: 8.5
    APG: 1.5

    2011
    Age: 29
    PPG: 26.4
    RPG: 10.6
    APG: 2.1

    ---------------

    Dwight Howard (F)
    2005
    Age: 20
    PPG: 10.8
    RPG: 9.9
    APG: .8

    2011
    Age: 26
    PPG: 14.5
    RPG: 12.3
    APG: .9

    ---------------

    Dwyane Wade (G)
    2005
    Age: 23
    PPG: 23.9
    RPG: 5.2
    APG: 7

    2011
    Age: 29
    PPG: 26.5

So, in 6 years, I can look like an idiot. But here you are.

Artest will likely average a quadruple double by then and the 5 time reigning MVP. And many of you will still want to trade him

Minutes played, punches thrown, players tackled, and locker rooms destroyed WOULD be enough categories for a quadruple double.

And he already has at least 4 Most Volatile Player awards, so getting #5 won't be any sort of challenge for him.

Oh wait did I actually post that. perhaps I shouldn't post all my thoughts.

Yours was a lot funnier, I must admit
