ROT IN HELL, TRAVELOCITY
I have used travelocity for many, many trips (not sure why my gf loves them, I prefer to direct book with the airlines) but after 2 hours on the phone, and explaining a BASIC freaking situation (flight to ATL was canceled on Sunday, I purchased a one way ticket for the passender to go from Point A to Point B and skip ATL, but the airline gave me a "make up" flgiht for today) I finally have a refund.
I had just pulled the BBB form up after being told travelocity was too busy and I needed to call back later, and decided to call back one last time. Turns out customer service rep number 5 was nicer then 1-4, and actually HELPED me. Sadly I was tol the partial refund will take 7-8 weeks.
All I can do is :laugh: to keep me from :cry:
