I'd say that's pretty good if not great deal for the Jazz, but unfortunately not nearly as good for us.
Why? Because in our system Dunleavy actually matches very well with Kirilenko (so let's call that matchup even) and Rasho is better than Collins. Do the math.
Kirilenko is light years better on the defensive end, and could also play PF for us. That would be the whole point of making this deal.
Playing Kirilenko at PF allows Foster to move back to center, replacing Rasho there. Collins is also a solid post defender, he's our new 3rd string center.
I do agree it's a pretty good deal for the Jazz, which is why I'd consider asking for their 1st rounder as well.
For the record, I don't think our management would do this deal entirely because of Kirilenko's contract.
Thats exactly what I was going to say...and AK has a nagging injury which we dont want to deal with

It's true his numbers have dropped, but he's taken a backseat to Williams and Boozer, is stuck at SF, and is playing a decreased number of minutes. Add it all up and it's no surprise. I think he'd return to old form playing PF for us.
That's a really promising team, especially on the defensive end. And despite being in his 8th season, Kirilenko is still just 27. He has plenty of good years left in him.
