Do you like the trade od James for Surtain?

Surtain is a man corner that got by clutching and grabbing, and that's not going to cut now in the league. Also remember the fact that we still run a zone defense where CBs are not the most important player. The thing we nee to do is acquire a real DT to play next to Reagor and cut Josh Williams' sorry ***...

Also, axe Rob Morris. He plain sucks.

Also, axe Rob Morris. He plain sucks. Actually he was pretty solid in the run stopping department this year, it's just that he'll just be horrible in pass covergae until he retires. I won't be too upset if he's resigned to an average contract. He'd look a lot better if he had a great line in front of him, and I really think we're a Warren Sapp type player away on the front line. I think we'll be okay in the secondary if they guys back there can finally stay healthy.

Morris actually had a good year last year, though he remains a popular scapegoat for everything that goes wrong east of the Mississippi. He's a free agent anyway, who will probably only be brought back if all other plans fail. So if he is brought back, it's because Polian screwed up every other possible option. I agree that we need a new MLB, but I aslo would stipulate that we could use two new OLB's, too.

Damn you for beating me... ;)

Nope, this guy. Matt Roth.

I thought he played DE...

He rotated. He's projects as a Cover two DT or a LE if he can change some things in his technique. You're right, I would rather play him at DE. But he weighs about 15 pounds, which makes him perfect for our ( )efense.
Well according to his profile he weighs 270, he'd be the heaviest player on defense just about...

I'll be content with the Big 10 Tight End that we will draft...

Sadly, you're not joking. After Pollard is cut, we'll need another one. :uhoh:

I imagine that the Colts will try to use Ben Utecht (PUP list last year) or Bryan Fletcher (practice squad) after they cut Pollard.

However, it's Polian, so who knows.

Davis is projected to be a "punishing" linebacker in the pros, though will probably be gone by the time we get to him

Well Doss was hurt wasn't he? I think the 2 of them should be more than enough

We need LB and CB help
