1 (3) Pacers 31-11 Viva Las Least: We've seen enough from Pacers, halfway in, to guarantee that there will not be another 11-19 finish this season. This promotion is their reward for making the oft-bashed East a bit legit.

Meh, I'll take it. Still hate the term "Least" , though.

Id call any conference that cant even SNIFF a title in half a decade "least."

The Pacers got the #1 spot. They deserved it. Be happy.

I agree with you Kstat. The east is still loaded with a lot of losers. Just take a look at the Atlantic. Yech!

I have to admit, thinking about next year's new South East Division makes me *shudder*

Pistons win 12 in a row but they are only ranked 4th?

Do they have to win 20 in a row to get respect?

That was the correct ranking, Im sorry to say. Minnesota and Indiana have had more impressive wins, and Sacramento has the best overall record. If they go undefeated THIS week, they will be at #1, and nobody, even HERE, will argue otherwise.

I'll argue! I may not make good points but I will argue

If the Pistons can beat Indiana, San Antonio and Minnesota they should be #1.

Yes they should....I think they can win 2 of the 3 games, but who knows...

The Pacers took the Lakers to the last minute of Game #6 before they fell. That's a big difference from the embarassing performances that Philly and NJ chunked up in The Finals the past three years. If you say three years instead of half-decade then I'll agree completely. :D
