Hicks
02-02-2005, 09:38 PM
This sucks. Heartbreaker. I don't care what the others say, that foul call for Jalen was a gift. Any of our players do that, there is no whistle and the game ends. Simple as that.

:growl:

Hicks
02-02-2005, 09:39 PM
And no matter what you feel about Jackson on that last play, Jackson didn't blow the 19 point lead, so I really ****ing hate seeing all the blame laid at his feet. That's just ****ing ridiculous.

Jermaniac
02-02-2005, 09:39 PM
You know all it took was a 14 point turnaround for Rick Carlisle to bring in some of our guys off the bench. I swear I was losing my damn mind when that was happening and I knew if the Raps got the lead we would lose. We were up 15 damn points and then it was 10 and I thought damn it Rick please put in some of our subs and then the moron puts them in when we are only up 1. Jesus Christ I'm going to lose my mind. The Mavs are going to scrap our *** on Friday.

What exactly is getting better? We have lost 6 in a row, are gonna fall out of the playoff hunt, and Jackson loses us our 2nd game in a row.

Jermaniac, you forget that JO, Scot and Jeff all had 3+ fouls around that time.

*edit*

And like Hicks said, JACKSON DID NOT LOSE THIS GAME FOR US! One play does not determine a game when you had a 19 point lead in the second half.

Well, it may not be entirely Jackson's fault, but you can't deny that in the last few seconds his plays did pretty solely gave the last two games away.

Don't forget we're also 0-5 since his return.

It should be ours

There were 4 good quarters of basketball the last 3 games... That's better than it has been.. I liked the D those 4 quarters alot too. maybe its worse knowing how good they can be. I expect them to win it all next year with that one guy who plays really good D.
