Spurs sure making it look easy so far. Layups and open shots. Foster is no match for Duncan.

Pacers are getting a lot better, but they're not anywhere near the Spurs' level yet.

I think the PG matchup tonight could be a difference maker - Tins needs to have a big game tonight against Parker. I expect Duncan and JO to even out points-wise.

Fortunately the Spurs aren't getting as many easy ones as they were either.

Spurs are simply a better team than the Pacers, especially when JO is the only one that can muster any kind of production on offense. They just double and triple team him and that's that.

IndyToad
Let's get it out now
I can't argue that right now.

Now, when we get Jack, Bender, and Pollard back, that could change things.

Damn, would a Pacers/Spurs Finals be exciting or what?

Man, they're really keying in well on JO tonight. Back-to-back blocks by Horry and Bowen.

Of course, when you're triple-teamed...

That's where I'm hoping that S-Jax can make a difference when he gets back, gives them another perimeter threat when teams surround JO

JO needs to pass out of the double/triple team, and the person he finds needs to knock it down.

Bad play by Tinsley there. Can't do that kind of stuff when Duncan is looming.

EDIT: Aaaaaand...another bad play by Tinsley. Oh well.

And it's over.

NBA referees are just horrid. The NBA needs more refs on the floor or something. They ones they have now are obviously insufficient.

Well, I, for one, am very proud of the effort tonight. The game was MUCH closer than the final score.

We're obviously missing Artest's defense drastically, not to mention his offense.

Another great game by JO tonight.

Just give us Jackson back, baby. Adding a potential 18 5 4 guy (not quite his numbers this year, but with Ron out he will get more touches) to what we currently have, not to mention his D, will be a big boost.

If Bender produces? Gravy, and we get GOOD.

NBA referees are just horrid. The NBA needs more refs on the floor or something. They ones they have now are obviously insufficient. As Slick said tonight, "Derrick Richardson just needs to turn in that #63."

At some point last season Boyle said he didn't understand why they had 3 man crews. There aren't even enough good officials for 2 man crews.......

Well I think we had the effort.I am so sick of losing it is just I dunno. But we need to learn how to rebound.Especially you HULK.We also need to make free throws. We did well in the 1st half on them but when Tins or HULK got fouled they would about 99% of the time go 1 for 2.We need all the freebies we can get. Also what killed us was the defense. It was finally exposed tonight as our flaw.(But it is improving and its not like the D we put on the court tonight was our #1 D) Parker and Ginobilli (Pardon the mispellings) are quick and they can drive to the paint and score with ease. But as Hicks pointed out on the game chat we did score 98 on the Spurs D that normally only allows 85 I think it was.So that has to be good. But I can tell you with the hustle this team is showing and if we improve just a bit more.We can still WIN the championship.S.Jack will be a major improvement. He returns the 26th I think agianst the Pistons ironicly on TNT.The next game we play agianst the Mavs we WILL win I will tell you that right now :)

Also one more thing as usual the refs were horrible.
