There is no word that NY wants to move him, but it is being said that he would like to be traded.

Clearly not a position of particular need for the Pacers, but I wonder what other posters think it would take to obtain him.

I'm not sure what it would take to be honest. I like Shumpert though--he's a really, really good defender and can play both guard positions.

Interesting hair-do.

If he was worth keeping, NY wouldn't be trying to trade him. He's an combo guard that can't really play the 1 and doesn't shoot well enough to play the 2. Make a nice backup, but that's about it.

Wouldn't mind having him as a backup, but wouldn't trade any of the rotation guys for him.

I like having Defensive minded Players....the problem is....just like for everything else.....that the Pacers have no assets that would entice any Team from parting with their prospect Player.

By this logic, everyone who has ever been traded is not worth keeping.

He is a nice player and I like him, but is he better than Stevenson? I am not sure..

I think he's overrated because he plays for the Knicks. His shot selection is erratic, not a very good scoring option at all. Before his injury he was a pretty good perimeter defender, made some nice hustle plays, had some good athleticism. Ever since his return his defense and offense have both been awful, but of course he isn't quite at 100%.

In short, he's alright. I'd liken him to Dahntay Jones.

Iman's defensive skill really intrigues me. Read where he has been playing out of position in NY (small forward), think he'd be great off the bench here.

I like the guy, but I also really like what we have going. It would be tough to get him.

He needs some growing up to do (on the court) but he's gonna be a very solid player

The injury he suffered last year has set back his development. I think he could be really good, but we'll probably have to wait until he's 100% before we know for sure what he can be.
