I honestly haven't kept track of him at all since he came back. Has he been any good?

How about we link the initial article that Amick wrote. It was a long read, but pretty good read and read it during English yesterday lol. It would be a shame if he doesn't get credit.

No TJ he hasn't been that good he doesn't look fully healthy to me. I would say he looks 60% he needs to get his legs back and back in game shape, but he looks off some nights in terms of movement looks different from his Clipper days and brief play last year.

I wouldn't want to give up anyone that the Hornets would want for him.

Then I'm not interested.

Without a ringing endorsement from his #1 PD fan about Gordon's performance, "Just Say No to Gordo(n)"

He's now struggling with back problems.

It's hard to say as stupid as some GM's are, but until he proves himself healthy for a full season I don't think he has a lot trade value with that contract.
He makes more then Granger now and even if we were to trade Granger for him his salary is too high to be able to keep West and PG. I wouldn't want to risk losing PG over an often injured Gordon.
No thanks.

That makes sense he looked good for about two games. Then all of a sudden he looked awkward out there and just didn't look like himself. This at least explains why, I figured he was playing though an injury but wasn't positive.

I feel for the guy so talented just cant stay healthy pretty sad.

And just think.... in another year or two those threads will be replaced with Victor Office Depot threads. It never really ends.

This player has simply become an obsession for some posters here.

If the Hornets will take Gerald Green and pay 90% of Gordon's contract until it ends, then that would be interesting. Otherwise, it would be nice if Gordon retired and we didn't see another thread on this.

It's pretty common for back problems to follow knee problems. You change the way you walk/run/etc. when your knees hurt and it messes with your back.

It's too bad he signed a max. He's a good enough player to take a risk on, but not with a max deal.

Roy has a max deal, Gordon's on a max, George will get a max can't afford all three wld love to hav him but it ain't Gona happen. Plus injury prone basketball player red flag

Isn't Phoenix who offered him the max as a restricted free agent and NO matched the offer?

That back injury is not a big deal that happens to players that are off for that long, EJ is still not 100% but he still looks better than a lot of players in the league.

i like gordon. he can be a very tough player when he can get out on the court. however, his injury history causes me to have a negative interest.
pass pass pass.

Hey I had to post it. My only interest in the guy stems from Geezer Jr. having EG's little brother in class last semester.

At the rate Eric is going, he will always be available till that contract expires. Damn shame.

Thank goodness Pacers management had the good sense to ignore all of the Gordon hype and pass on him. ...

When did we do that? lol Didn't have an opportunity to draft, didn't actually have an opportunity to sign him, never actually had a trade that made sense for both teams.

That is what I meant. So many people here wanted to give the ranch to get him like he was the greatest player in history. Well, he isn't and he is frail and hurt all of the time..... ...

Yea, I would've done Eric for Danny if Eric would have came back like he cared. Never wanted to give the ranch away.
I still think a healthy Eric, Paul and George would be awesome to see. And Hornets could really use Danny, SF is their weakest position.

Wouldn't mind that trade. If we can also get a high draft pick from them so we can draft Trey Burke. :)
