Believe it or not, he's right. We've got a lot going for us in the latino community. I can't remember the statistics right now, but they're pretty shocking, considering how far away we are from Mexico.

Believe it or not, he's right. We've got a lot going for us in the latino community. I can't remember the statistics right now, but they're pretty shocking, considering how far away we are from Mexico.

This past spring they (The IS paper) said Marion county has about 100,000 latinos living here. About 70% are here legally per their statistics.

That would mean nearly 10% of Indianapolis is latino.

I'm sure there are many illegal ones, it's probably about 25%.
