Since this one's on NBATV, I don't get to see the game tonight (I usually watch on League Pass). :(

Lookin' pretty good so far. It's really fun seeing Jeff and Cro on the floor together.

Somebody kick Webber in the knee.

Die Webber. :maniac:

indytoad

Kings have gotten layups or wide-open shots for five possessions in a row. This game is over. Too bad the Pacers have forgotten what got them the lead. When the pressure's on, teamwork and D just goes out the window with this group.

IndyToad
Better than ever

Shade
12-11-2004, 10:06 PM
Leave it to the Kings to not miss a damn shot down the stretch.

Jermaniac
12-11-2004, 10:07 PM
Yup, when it gets hot they just look for one guy to do all the work. I'm not suprised at all the Kings came back cause we are the worst team in the NBA at keeping a lead, if they kept the stat of how many double digit leads a team blows we would be number 1.

BrooklynJosh
12-11-2004, 10:09 PM
close ball game. not bad at all. pacers have 4 starters out. the kings are a good team. let's pull this one out and it'd be quite nice.

canyoufeelit
12-11-2004, 10:11 PM
still only a 2 pt. lead... this can be done

indytoad
12-11-2004, 10:11 PM
Yeah, I guess it's good that we're playing a great team so close, but moral victories mean less than jack, especially when you're on a six-game losing streak. Really, I'm more concerned about the way this team has been playing since the road trip. Barely any D, no movement on O, basically not doing anything they did in the first four games. I think Rick dropped the ball on this one.

Now a major motion picture

BrooklynJosh
12-11-2004, 10:16 PM
i think moral victories count for a lot actually. it's very early - we'll be getting back 3 of those 4 guys before too long and i'm very hopeful that we'll have artest back for the playoffs.

but yeah it'd be nice to win a few more with this depleted line-up. but you guys have to understand that our team is one of the worst in the nba right now as far as talent goes. you can't expect them to be doing too good.

and blaming the coach is pretty much insane. rick c. is doing a great job.

Well, that's it. No Miller time tonight.

hah! but Brad did alright.

yeah reggie was off. 1 for 9! but that happens to every shooter in the league. unfortunatly the pacers are at a point with this line-up that they need to be very on in order to win. i'm amazed they kept it this close with this line-up and with as poor of a shooting night as they had.

Dr Huxtable

Great effort.

Am I the only one else that thinks that we shouldn't have Reggie shoot those kind of shots when he's having a bad night?

BrooklynJosh
12-11-2004, 10:46 PM
i didnt see the shot (no tv coverage) i wouldnt want him to force shots at the end when he's having a bad night but certainly if a 3 becomes available at the end in the flow of the game - i want him to jack it up i dont care if he's 0 for 20.
