View Full Version : I call it "The Hoosiers Syndrome"
Everybody, but especially everybody from Indiana, loves an underdog. Well, we have one now, and the crowd is responding.
During the game last night I asked myself "how long can they keep this up?" The team playing with that intensity, and the fans cheering with that intensity. The answer from the little voices in my head - All Season Long!

I am very, very proud of this team. I don't think I have ever felt more connected to a sports team than I have during these past two games.

Something to note about last night's game: Croshere was cold. We won this game without Austin's offense, which is a VERY good sign.
Austin's already proven himself as a scorer and a player down the stretch (he did perform at clutch time last night, btw). So having an off night doesn't concern me. Seeing other players step up removes many, many concerns. Go Pacers.

So many people are saying that this is a team of no stars. I say this is a team of 8 stars! What an effort!
