Here are some words or phrases we should get use to hearing.

PROVOCATION.... A Person who recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally engages in conduct that is likely to provoke a reasonable man to commit battery commits provocation.

The fans with the aleged injuries will bring this up in Civil court. AGGRAVATED BATTERY.....A person who knowingly or intentionally inflicts injury on a person that creates a substatial risk of death or serious permanent disfigurement. However they will more than likely be able to prove CRIMINAL RECKLESSNESS ....A person who recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally performs an act that creates a substantial risk of bodily injury to another person. While our boys in Blue will try to bring into play MISTAKE OF FACT....It is a defense that the person who engaged in the prohibited conduct ws reasonably mistaken about a matter of fact, if the mistake negates the culpability required for commission of the offense. Or DURESS... It is a defense that the person who engaged in the prohibited conduct was compelled to do so by threat of imminent serious bodily injury to himself or another person. With respect to offenses other than felonies, it is a defense that the pwerson who engaged in the prohibited conduct wsa compelled to do so by force or threat of force. Compulsion under this section exists only if the force, threat, or circumstances are such as would render a person of reasonable firmness incapable of resisting the pressure. HOWEVER this does not apply to a person who reckless.y, knowingly, or intentionally placed himself in a situation in which it was foreseeable that he would be subjected to Duress..(bad news for Artest and Jackson) (Jermaine may have a better chance).....
