Not bad considering, but don't expect much more than a backup.

2004 through 2009 was a pretty good run!

Other than the African kid in 2003, '01-'09 was an incredibly remarkable run at this slot.

That was better than I thought. But one should not forget how little value came from #26 in the 1990s.

1990 DET Lance Blanks (who?) - 142 career games.
1991 CHI Mark Randall - 127 career games
1992 POR Dave Johnson (who?) - 59 career games
1993 ORL Geert Hammock - 8 career games
1994 NYK Charlie Ward - 630 career games (one pick after the Pacers took Greg Minor and then didn't even make a first-round qualifying (guaranteed) offer and thus forfeitted the pick).
1995 SEA Sherrell Ford - 28 career games
1996 DET Jerome Williams - 587 career games
1997 MIA Charles Smith - not that Charles Smith - 142 career games
1998 LAL Sam Jacobson - 68 career games
1999 GSW Vonteego Cummings - 199 career games

Over that decade, only three #26 picks had a career longer than two seasons, and only two had a career longer than three seasons.
