This gives new meaning to the pizza dog.
Pizza Hut, the company that first brought us the stuffed crust pizza, has created new hot dog-stuffed crust that made it’s debut this week in the United Kingdom.

According to Pizza Hut the concoction is: “Succulent hot dog sausage bursting from our famous stuffed crust, with a FREE Mustard Drizzle,” it wrote on its website.

A Hot Dog Stuffed Crust may seem like a crazy idea but this isn’t the first time that the hot dog and pizza have combined; the pie first made an appearance in Thailand and Japan years ago.
But if you're in the U.S. you won't be able to taste it yourself since Pizza Hut has no plans, as of now, to bring the hot dog pizza to the States.

For the lucky Brits, only the large, 14-inch-pie is available for delivery

Only if it was like a corn dog, but I doubt that crust is corn meal.

I guess if you like pigs-in-a-blanket, but I don't.

Bah, my wife and I came up with our own chili dog pizza. Hot Dog chilli as sauce, slice dogs, cheese, sauteed onions and cheese. Cook it up on the BBQ pit on a stone to give it the wood oven taste and you are set.

What if we used the hot dogs with cheese in the middle? Crust stuffed with hot dog stuffed with cheese.

:brilliant

Wash it down with a nice cool glass of hot dog water and you're good to go.

Hotdogs//sausages are just plain gross. They were pink slime before pink slime was pink slime.

I agree with you when it comes to cheap hotdogs like the Oscar Meyer stuff (which is probably what PH will use to maximize profit) but there are good dogs/sausages out there that are reasonably good for you and are good quality. I love the Hebrew National hotdogs, for instance, but yeah there is no way I would ever eat the cheap ones. You get what you pay for like anything else.
