Paul George as the number one pick?!?!? :D

ESPN was saying rumor was that Lin was added to the pool of players for this as well. I think it will be him or Griffin as the number 1 pick.

If true, I think that's a good decision. People want to see him. I just hope all this doesn't backlash on Lin himself. It's not his fault the league's about to (or already) exploit him for all he's worth. He actually seems downright uncomfortable with the attention.

It's a good thing he can win almost anyone over when they watch him play..

Blake Griffin goes #1, obviously. Followed by either John Wall or Ricky Rubio. Then Paul George.

Kyrie Irving or John Wall throwing out some lobs for Paul George sounds like a lot of fun.

Im surprised John Wall wasn't picked earlier. They should do this for the actual All-star game. Would be way more entertaining. OR give the winning conference game 7 in the finals.

I feel like I remember Splitter being drafted like 6 years ago. Weird he's only a sophmore.

I saw a lot of PG love on 30 min NBATV special... Both praise from Dennis Scott for how Paul should perform in the dunk competition and from Chuck several times throughout the draft :)

chuck and shaq are dummies for waiting so long on Wall...

this potentially playground type of game is exactly what Wall excels at

hmm, both teams look a little unbalanced, but what the hey.

i think starters will go as the following:

team shaq: monroe-griffin-fields/walker-rubio-lin

team chuck: cousins-williams-george-wall-irving (i guess turner could start for one of wall/irving)

very few swingmen, it's quite surprising. it wasn't long ago when young swingmen seemed to be a dime a dozen, now it's point guards.

Like Shaq's team A LOT better.

They definitely should have done the draft serpentine style... That said, shame on Chuck for not taking Rubio with his second pick. But I guess you have to take Cousins if he's there.

no, oh god please no, that would be terrible. I hate that baseball does it. Reward the teams for playing well, not for a all star game that no one takes seriously.

Lotta guys on Chuck's team that had ties to Indy in some way.... Heyward and Brooks had a lot of fans on here at draft time, and Leonard actually was drafted by us.

Chuck's team seems to have better balance. It looks like he was factoring "fit" into the equation... not sure how it translates in a game like this, but I like that roster better in a real NBA game.

Shaq's roster seems to be Griffen, Monroe, and a bunch of point guards. Don't know how they are supposed to match up with guys like Paul George, Leanord, and Hayward. Super weak on the wing.

He was drafted in the 2007 draft so you have a point. However, he only signed to the Spurs on July 2010 so he's still a sophomore :p

MarShon Brooks will start over Wall Chuck love him. However I love the value of the Wall pick so late he is the perfect pg for this game. He kills it in a summer league type format John Wall Cousins and Paul George were fun to watch at the pro am where Wall dominated it should be fun. But beware Cousins will pull a Shaq and will try to be pg he did it at the pro am and he wasn't half bad.

I don't see that being as much of a factor that Team Chuck should win as much as:

1) Reigning rising stars game MVP DeMarcus Cousins is a beast when he's on a good team with a positive frame of mind... I can see him possibly dominating Blake Griffin and Greg Monroe...

2) John Wall is built for this type of game...

3) Team Chuck has way better positional balance...

4) Not sure that Linsanity will be a big factor in a game like this... I won't be shocked if he does though...
