I'm so glad the Hornets are in the west now. I'll only be forced to watch those hideous things two times this year.....

Oh yeah, and the jerseys are ugly too....;)

why yellow....yellow is like the least used color in their logo

all that its used in is in the ball and in the H on the hornet.

i agree with you when you say that they are different, but ...... i dont think being different in this case works out. i like the idea of having altenates but i just think their color selection was not right.

Yeah, I agree. They do look terrible, along with there regular teal jersey. Bucks have a ugly jersey imo too, purple and green look like crap together.

Dear God... my eyes!!!

People, do not look straight at the picture. Use two pieces of cardboard, one with a hole in the middle...

They look a lot like the Pacers yellow unis to me. I know many of you don't like those either.

I don't mind the Pacers yellow uniformas because yellow is at least one of the team colors. But yellow for the Hornets? I just don't get it.

I can see where the yellow comes from:

Guess they're just trying to be more politically correct. :whoknows:

Not to be an entomologist or anything, but MSA2CF that is actually a picture of a type of moth that uses those colors to ward off predators from eating it.

They are right. Hornets are in the order Hymenoptera. That is a moth in the order Lepidoptera.

The yellow comes from Mardi Gras. Yellow, purple, and green are it's colors.

Thus the original Jazz jerseys and the evolution of the Hornet jerseys.

Hey, I typed in "hornet" at google.com, and this is what they gave me; :scream:!

Don't bother me none, but it's good to see someone pays attention to detail.
