That appears to be the new template that NBA.com is using. I agree, I haven't seen a team's website that doesn't look better with the new style.

I really like the Twolves site , it looks sweet ..but pacers.com is much better than it was before , very nice change.

The design reminds me of last year's retro's. Considering next year's uni's (already designed) are supposed to be retro-ish, I'm assuming we're going to be seeing something similar, swish-wise.
