so far, this game is a good illustration of why Pollard shouldn't play very much. He looks awful at both ends of the floor.

Well, there goes the theory that the 5 games in 7 nights would get guys ready for the regular season. Unless, that is, they plan on doing this then, too. :uhoh:

Tonight we have seen the "flip side" of SJax. He has been pretty awful in this game. When a player like him, who doesn't seem to like to pass and throws up a lot of shots, keeps missing, he's a liabilty. And his defense has looked uninspired.

He's been great through the pre-season so far, but tonight he was NOT great. Or good.

Well, probably been hard to look good for anyone out there considering who they are playing without tonight.

True, but I thought Tinsley looked OK. But there was too much standing around. Ball movement wasn't very good, but a lot of that had to do with the fact that when Pollard or Jackson touch the ball, everything stops. Neither are effective passers. Everyone on offense was just standing around waiting for something to happen. A lot like watching last year's offense during the stagnant offense periods.
