...that some fans have went overboard (apparently) voicing their displeasure with Scot Pollard at the games.

This is based on his comments after the game.

I'm not thrilled with Pollard myself BUT I doubt it is helping his game at all for some fans to be making disparaging comments. Particularly considering Pollard DOES seem to be a good person and trying....

He is human and he does have family....

I agree. I consider myself a Scot Pollard fan and by the time the playoffs roll around I think he'll really help us out inside.

Is there a way to let Pollard know that he does have fan support in Indy? I'd love to tell him I'm a fan of his.

I agree. Some people have no class or humility whatsoever.

In my opinion Scot hasn't fully adjusted to his role or situation here in Indiana. Being bashed by the fans has not helped his predicament in any way...

certainly after today's peformance they should be ashamed of calling themselves fans

If anyone wants to "build" a site as a token of our appreciation, i'll host it for free, hell if you can come up with a funny available domain name i will even register that for free.

Exactly.

Personally, I like the guy. Any help he can give us is a bonus. I'll never hate on him.

to add to the confirmation that Pollie is on his way to be more and more a part of this team and to rise my suspicion that more PT is coming to him (at least he now comes to a level that he can compete with Jeff) here some quotes from today:

Rick :
Pollard has played a lot better the last two-three weeks. He gives us a physical presence. He creates second, third shots. I thought he played real steady. He has taken advantage of his opportunities. Its good to see because big bodies are valuable the closer you get to the playoffs.

JO:
We got great help from our bench tonight, in particularly Scot Pollard. Everybody played a big role.

and finally Scott:

I prepare for every game the same way. They are finally getting some of the things out of me that they traded for. I have still not got my complete game together, different systems, different demands, and different team. The up-tempo game for which I came from is a little different from the offense that Ive been accustomed to. I am progressing and hopefully will peak at the right time.

read what RC says and combine that with what Scott, says, does that have the possibility of meaning what I think it means ?
