73-58 midway through the 3rd.

I hope Orlando holds on.

I don't think you can call this a pounding. Orlando doesn't feel in control at all to me. They're just hitting shots while LA isn't. It's not like a good team is beating LA with good basketball so much as it's just working out for Orlando.

You know, we'd beat them with good D, passing, and a good night from JO and Ron.

They're just getting lucky, I feel.

As long as the Lakers just keep getting kicked while they're down to the point where they don't stand a chance in hell of having homecourt advantage in the playoffs, I'll be happy. I don't care who does it or how they do it. Oh the arrogance and renewed sense of entitlement of Lakers fans after they signed Malone and Payton. As far as they were concerned, they should've just been given the championship for the next 3 years. Doesn't appear to be working out that way.

The Lakers are hitting everything now with Shaq on the bench. Down to 8 from 18. :unimpressed:

I love to see them lose while they're down. The magic # to me is 22 L's. If they get that many losses before everyone is healthy and playing well again, we should have homecourt in the Finals should we get there and they do as well.

Let me be very clear on this: I don't like the Lakers.

But that game was actually funny. LA did everything they could the last couple of minutes to give that game away. Everything. Stupid shots, forgot Shaq was on the floor, let Luke Walton guard Howard by his lonesome ...

And Orlando still figured out how to lose - and they had to do EVERYTHING wrong - especially since LA was doing almost everything wrong. Even though I wanted to see an LA loss I cracked up at the end of the game - talk about ineptitude.

I'll tell 'ya, it's starting to look like Malone is the most valuable of the 4 HOFers on this team. They're no better than average with any combination of Shaq, Payton, and Kobe on the floor.

Fraud Jackson can't even field a decent team with TWO HOFers.
