This should be an old-school shoot out between the NBA's deepest team, and the league's youngest 1-2 punch.

No matter who wins, this should be entertaining.

Prediction: OKC in 6.

OKC in 5.

Denver is deep and inspired right now, but so is OKC, who are now considered championship contenders. With Perk and Ibaka manning the middle, Nene's effectiveness will be minimized. And with Westbrook and Durant clicking on offense, they are hard to stop.

Hope it's a fun series. Who is going to close for Denver? and can they turn that into a positive instead of a negative?

This is the best first round series, imo.

Prediction: OKC in 7.

I think this should be the best series of the western conference first round - at least the one I'm most looking forward to seeing. The only way it won't be a good one is if the Thunder end it early which they easily could

Thunder in 6. Closing by committee like Denver does won't work come playoff time.

Severe "Thunder"-storms out West. Thunder in 5.

Thunder in 5. I don't think it will be as close as most of you do.

OKC in 7. The Pepsi Center's become a fortress for the Nuggets, don't see the Thunder picking up a win there.

I agree with everyone, best series by far. And I still believe OKC is the best team in the NBA.. OKC in 7.

Thunder in 5. I think there'll be mostly close games, but Oklahoma City has Durant to finish, while Denver has . . . .

Ty Lawson? J.R. Smith? Arron Afflalo?

The OKC Arena seems to be the loudest arena in the NBA.

Nice start by Denver.

Their offense can't be stopped right now.

Denver has to be the deepest team in the NBA, they also look better without Melo.

I honestly think whichever team wins this series will get to the finals.

Oh man. Denver can't afford to lose Nene.

I gotta say, the Thunder are who I want to win it all ... mean lose to the Pacers in the finals.

I thought the NBA had instant replay now?

Sure looked like he touched the net

So many young teams in the playoffs making it exciting and competitive this year.

I have to say, this might be one of the better weekends for the NBA. All games have been competitive for the most part, and all games have been exciting to watch.

That last Kenyon Martin shot was definitive proof of why you need one or two main weapons on your team. Otherwise you get guys like KMart who think they're responsible for hitting game winners.

That was disgusting. You shouldn't even need instant replay for that.

It was a hell of a game, but I can't help but feel like it was tainted there at the end. Crucial point in the game, a swing like that ... especially to a team full of emotional players like the Nuggets. It all just went downhill from there and ultimately resulted in Kenyon Martin chucking up a prayer, coming back on defense and shaking his head and smiling sarcastically, without a doubt still thinking about the previous play.

I'd be pissed if I was a Nugget or Knick fan tonight.

Replay only applies in certain situations. .

Clock issues
Out of bound plays I think under 2 minutes
Whether a shot was a 3 or a 2.

Goaltending is not on nthe list.

That was a bad call, clearly

I thought the offensive foul on Mello was at worst questionable, and I think probably the correct call

I'm going to the game tonight, my buddy has season tickets/playoff tickets, but had something come up tonight, so he said "Your team doesn't play tonight, want to go?"

Looking foward to the atmosphere.

Unclebuck

Wow what a finish by Durant, as I was watching him drain jumper after jumper as if there was no defender on him, I had no doubt that he was going to make every shot - he makes it all look rather easy
