Typically a hot girl isn't the mascot. Although you've now given me the idea that I need to assemble a "PD Dance Squad"

Are you trying to say Pacers fans are hairy and overweight? :hmm: :p

Hell no.

There's at least one of us who is well.... bald and overweight.

I was thinking exactly the same thing.

Maybe Oliver Miller and Lassie went through a transporter (like in the movie "The Fly") and out came Jonathan Bender and that dog.

;)

Oliver Miller had some skills - I'd love to see if that dog can play hoops.

I think the PD Dance Squad would be great.

P.S. - Try to recruit Angelina Jolie :flirt:

Word is that the dog is a practice animal. A rabid rebounder. Mad skillz! He will take your best shot and beg for more. They say he can be collared but it isn't easy. Right now the coaches want to keep him on a short leash though. They may throw him a bone and give him some preseason minutes.

He's chomping at the bit to play Charlotte... wants a piece of the Bobcats badly.

Therein lies Donnie and Larry's biggest concern. They fear opposing teams will let a housecat lose in the arena during the games and he won't be able to stay in the game at that point. Donnie says he has a world of potential though and he hopes a little time in Coach Carlisle's doghouse will cure him of that trait!

Well, the PD Mascot has at least one thing on Air Bud... the PD Mascot is alive. Air Bud (IIRC) is lapping water from a toilet bowl someone in Dog Heaven. The original Air Bud died not long after the first movie. :(

RIP Snoopy, who met his end at the hand of a vet needle at 1:10 pm today. You will be missed. Though I sure won't miss having to wipe your *** every time you come in the house...

Bye buddy.

I can relate. It damn near literally broke my heart in January to put my Abby down. I had her since I was 5, a month out of Kindergarten, to the middle of my 3rd year at college. X infinity.

If he doesn't work out on the b-ball court then maybe he could be on the Colts D line.

He was far too large to play for the Colts.

They like speed over talent and usefulness, remember?

How things have changed since Siragusa left.

Don't let me get started on the Colts' D-Line. For anyone who reads on the colts.com message board, I'm dungyisgreat. I will never stop yelling about the lack of size in there until we get our "Warren Sapp." It frustrates me to no end the lack of beef in there. Oh, I'll stop before I go to far.

RIP Snoopy, what a great dog you were!

My grandparents had to put their dog down. A little beagle that we had for a few months. The smartest, sweetest dog you'd ever want to meet. That was hard for all of us.

We had a beagle for 11 years too ... the biggest and smartest thief I have ever met, but at the sametime also one of the sweetest dogs :).

Very sorry to hear about your loss.

It sounds like snoopy lived a good, long, happy life. It's little consolation, but that's something to be thankful for.

Btown, I'm very sorry about your dog.

We lost one of our family cats last year after 14 wonderfully fat years (picture your dog, just in cat form) & it was very very painfull.

I'm sure he lived a great life & added much joy to yours.

Twice I've had to literally carry a dog into the vet's office and both times they died within a few days. It'll kill me if I have to do the same with my dog I have now (unless it's because of a broken bone or something).
