I hope Peck doesn't see this, but Speed, your comments got me to thinking. What player from the 90's has been harder to replace or find a player similar. Smits, Reggie, or Dale? I could argue it has been Dale.

But then again how many Dale's are there in the entire NBA? Not as many as there used to be. (You think the Heat aren't looking for a Dale Davis type player?)
Haslem, maybe? Kendrick Perkins. Possibly Ibaka. Not many.

I don't really care about the numbers. All I know is that sometimes when I'm watching the second unit I have an urge to yell, "Hey you woodchucks, quit chucking my wood!"

I just wish George was the chucker on the second unit, not Jones, Hans and Price.

Didn't have much time but I looked and Amare last year posted a 15-1 ratio and he is has been in the league 8 years.

If tyler was shooting 60 percent from the field, and most of his shots were created off the pick and roll with a legendary point guard it would be a non-issue.

You picked a guy known as one of, if not the most selfish players in the entire league.

Not a good comparison.

I picked a guy everyone on PD would love to have. With our PGs getting him the rock, he would have a 15-1 ratio and shoot 43% too.

Absolute fallacy.

Not to go all statistical, but Dahntay's FG % and Pts/FGA are the 2nd highest on the team, after McRoberts. They're the only two shooting over 50 percent from the field.

There could be worse black holes.

Lance, on the other hand, shoots less than .333...poorest on the team. Not a candidate for SG in my mind.
