Bell vs. Ginobili ... or, as one commenter on youtube put it, "What happens when a movable object meets a stoppable force?"

And am I the only one who thinks they both flopped?

Heck I thought that was the whole point of the video.

And am I the only one who thinks they both flopped?

I thought it was blatantly obvious that both of them flopped horribly.

The ref should have given both of them a technical foul and do a jump ball to determine possession.

I hate floppers so much.

It is a flop by both players, but doesn't the rule have some stipulation about lowering of a shoulder?

I thought Manu was about to kiss his diddly.

You hated Reggie...BOOOOOOO!

I know it's blasphemy to say it here but, when he did that yes. Yes I did.

I love Manu..easily my favorite men's basketball player of all time...the guy grew up playing soccer, of course he flops :P

Except there are rules in place in basketball to prevent flopping. Either call it, or do away with the rule.

It's stupid to have a rule in place, see a clear violation of said rule, and then give the guy who broke the rule the call.

I know it's a total double standard but I really didn't mind when Reggie did it considering when anyone sneezed on Jordan it was a foul. Reggie just had to do more acting to get the call is all.

Definitely a double flop, but Manu just flailed around after the "contact".

They both broke the rule. I just think it's funny..

I'll echo that I liked it when we could get a foul on a "they never foul" superstar with a flop, but in general I wish flopping wasn't part of the game.

Speaking of which, Antwan Jamison is a Flopper Supreme. My God I couldn't help but keep watching him all night drawing fouls where he did most if not all of the actual fouling, but he knew how to fling himself around and occasionally yelp, and the refs swallowed it.

How was that a blocking foul?

On one hand, it's kind of silly for Raja to expect to get a call like that against Ginobili in that situation, 30 feet from the basket.

On the other hand, Ginobili clearly wasn't fouled there, he initiated contact, and makes a complete mockery of the game nearly every time he touches the ball with his constant flopping. He is my least favorite professional athlete.

Isn't why they called it "Infloption," first thing that came to my mind was implosion...

I am not a fan of flopping but I know that a lot of players do it.

However few take it to Ginobli's level. It's just annoying.

I think Ginobili stepped on Bell's shoes, that's why he fell.

Manu traveled as well, he established a pivot foot and then shuffled it before this dribble. Stupid refs.

I would like to see the flailing Manu would do if he drove down the lane against a mid 90's east team like the Pacers Knicks or against the old Bad Boy Pistons. I miss that rough basketball.
