I've said that I don't think a coaching change will make that much of a difference this year...many others disagree, I think...let's go on the record: how many of the remaining 37 games will we win?...And hopefully someone will remember to bump this at the end of the year...

I knew this thread would be a fail when I read the title.

I think 20 based where we are right now and maybe 3 more if we start to play better.

Gah, apparently I'm a sunshiner. The rest of the schedule doesn't look too grueling though.

In the other prediction thread, I posted a record prediction of 22-16 under Vogel the rest of the way.

So, that now means 21-16 for the last 37 games.

I predict .500, thats 23-15 over 37.

I say 30 wins. Not that bad of a schedule and with a new coach and new confidence in players we are going to be even better than we were at the beginning of the season. I see PG finishing #3 at the end of the year rookie rankings.

I just looked at the schedule and their should easily be 25 wins and we could squeeze a few more from the top teams we play.

25
Giving us a final record of 43 Wins , 39 Losses
I wouldn't be shocked though , however, if our guys go for 30 and 7..
As I really think we will play like the team we saw at the start of the season ..
I also wouldn't be surprised, if Vogel earns himself a more permanent role as Head Coach if the players keep responding as well as they have been thus far..

I've felt since October this was a .500 team, so I went with that + a dash of optimism and landed at 20 more wins, finishing 38-44, right on the line of where we may/may not make the playoffs.

it is not who the Pacers play. But the number of games the rest of the way is extremely high. Pacers have played fewer games than any team in the league to this point in the season. Besides the Allstar break the pacers ony have 1 break between games that is more than 1 day until April 4th.

I predict that I will have the worst prediction.

I went with 25. We are gonna handle the teams we are supposed to beat, and I shock the world a couple times too. Winning leads to more winning and we are primed to surprise the Heat next week. Confidence booster.
