Interesting that JO is signed through next year at over $6 million. His agent should get 20%. :D

Perkins and Davis are big guys and one could help out our FC rotation along with Roy and Tyler and hopefully resigning McBob.

Perkins is 27 this year and Davis, 25. Both look to be unrestricted next summer.

Interest in either?

I'd give both of my arms to get Perkins.

He's the best one-on-one low post defender in the NBA and he alone makes us tough for the Magic because perkins defends Dwight extremely well one-on-one, and that makes the Magic an average team

Perkins over Big Baby. Perk is a LOAD but I expect him to want to be a starter.

Yeah, he'd be the best third big in the league assuming that we can get a PF in the offseason too.

Perk would be amazing.

Big Baby as been my top choice for a FA in the offseason for a while now. Perkins would be awesome too, but he will probably get a huge contract. Much larger than Glen's

Unless there's something I don't know, if you can get Kendrick Perkins, you should do it. I'd play him ahead of Roy at C.

Can Perkins be effective at PF alongside Roy at C?

He didn't suggest Hibbert at the 4.

When Perkins was drafted, he was a PF too.

At 6-10, he could probably play both big men positions.

He'd probably do well with Roy next to him.

Perkin was a center coming out he played PF in collge but always projected as a C in the NBA

I think he could. We need a PF that brings some beef and defense to help Hibbert. I'd much rather us sign a big man with a skill set leaning toward that of a center then one with the body and skill set of a 3. Our Pf doesn't need to guard the 3 point line and they don't need to be able to guard Derrick Rose. We need a big man who can rebound and defend the paint to play beside Roy.
