Sullinger, he's the star 4 we have been looking for allowing Tyler to come off the bench and be that spark that he will excel at. Jmho

Who would you select? The more polished of the 3 is probably Irving; Dakich is very high on him. Sullinger would fill a position of need at PF. Jones is a phenomenal athlete who will make a great SF.

I'm no fealing it anymore for the Pacers in the playoffs and figure we will end up picking once again around #10. I know your supposition is the Pacers picking at #1, but keeping it real, I hope that maybe a player like Kanter, since he was not able to play this year at Kentucky, will somehow drop all the way down to us. He is a player that can play both PF and C, or at least eventually C.

If that were to occur, I'd take Sullinger.

sullinger will never become a great player, unless you consider a guy like david west as being "great". if this were the case, you take irving as he'd be the best player in the draft. this draft is so weak.

Let me offer another set of vague terms... West is a 2-time All-Star (2008, 2009) and is a "Star" player but is by no means a "Super-Star" player.

But I think you are right about Irving with the #1. You take him if for no other reason than to trade him for an established player in a position of need.

isn't sullinger kind of short for a big. like beasley was. lister taller than his actual height.

Perry Jones. Hopefully he could develop into our KG/Aldridge/Bosh.

I'm going to go with Kyrie. I think that Perry Jones will be a very nice player in a couple of years, but Kyrie is the most talented player available and he has CP3/Deron Williams potential.

Plus his name is amazing. Kyrie Irving.

Sullinger would fill the biggest need, but you can't pass up Kyrie Irving or Perry Jones.

SuperCoolBeas is probably at least a legitimate 6'8 and has plenty of wing skills, I'll be surprised to see Sullinger hit 6'6 at the combine.

Irving hands down. But will Irving even come out?

Perry Jones has some nice upside as well. No to Sullinger.

Sullinger is 6'8", 250lbs (with more body fat that Hansbrough). How is he at all a better candidate at the 4 spot than Hansbrough?

Not to mention, Andy Katz says that Sullinger wants to play 2 years at OSU, and Katz also says he would be a lottery pick this year but not a top 3 pick.

So why again would anyone waste a #1 pick on him?

not trying to quibble, but beasley was 6-7 at the pre-draft camp measurments. sullinger looks shorter, i agree.

just not sure he will be a good NBA big at that height.
