West says the Lakers are "long in the tooth," and it's hurting them defensively. Phil Jackson agrees they're old and it's starting to show in their speed, which is affecting their defense.

If they want to get younger and faster, I suggest we trade McRoberts, Lance Stephenson, and TJ Ford for Kobe.

Or Brandon Rush for Ron Artest

Oh, and since they're concerned about defense, Dunleavy plays really good team defense, so maybe they'd want him too.

Well if anyone knows old, it's Jerry West.

before anyone gets the wrong idea, I posted this for a little fun because our season has taken such a crappy turn. I obviously don't expect any of that stuff to happen.

Seems more like they are playing possum to me. I don't expect anything less than another finals appearance from the Lakers.

I'm not buying it one bit, and I'm sure the players aren't either.

Better to say old than to constantly say your players suck and could do better.

They are acting like an old team. They'll play well when it matters.

This might be a good way to **** off kobe though. That'll be good for Lakers opponents.
