We still have a shot a Dampier, he still hasn't agreed to resign.

I think that Atlanta should sign and trade Dampier and we trade them Pollard.

Basically Dampier says, I won't sign unless its a sign and trade.

I like Pollard. He's a good guy. The only reason I might want him off the team is his salary.

I think everyone thinks that. But he just doesn't produce.

Pollard.

We really need another big body down low who can produce. Not some all star center but a center with good size that way JO doesn't get worn down so much. I think how deep we went in the playoffs exposed that too.

Ah, he produces enough for me. I've heard he's a great locker room guy, and a good practice player. With David Harrison and Ronnie running rampant in the wilderness, players like him are nice to have.

I don't want anyone who's currently signed gone (unless it's for an upgrade of course).

Reggie? :zip:

It would solve any doubt about us starting our best 5 players. Would we really have much of a drop off with SJax and Fred Jones rather than Miller and SJax at the 2 spot?

I want Reggie on the roster I just added his name because I felt bad for Scot.

agreed. even losing pollard can hurt us, unless we get another big man in return.

I don't have a problem with Pollard being on the team. Centers are in such short supply that I don't know who we could get that is better without giving a player up we don't want to give up

Think about what you just said. If centers are in such short supply and that is the reason to keep Pollard then someone should want him. The problem is Pollard is useless. We dont need him anymore than they need me on the roster.

Pollard might not be much at all, but he will be more productive at least this season than Harrison will be.

Getting rid of Pollard at this point makes no sense to me, unless it is a move to reduce team salary.

Otherwise, keep Scot. He will be of value this coming season at some point. Who is available out there who is better?
