I don't think I would bet on the USA winning, but I wonder what the vegas odds are on Greece? Might be a good time to make some cash!

Iverson playing with a broken thumb. Not good.

I meant to do this as a poll question but forgot. Since we're playing Greece today, a little Greek mythology question to pass the time during commercial breaks...

Which Greek God/Goddess are you most like and why?

Zeus - god of the sky and ruler of the Olympian gods
Poseidon - god of the sea, protector of all waters
Hades - god of the underworld
Hestia - goddess of the hearth
Hera - supreme goddess, goddess of marriage and childbirth
Ares - god of war
Athena - goddess of wisdom, war, and crafts
Apollo - god of the arts
Aphrodite - goddess of love
Hermes - god of merchants, messenger of the gods
Artemis - goddess of the hunt and protector of children
Hephaestus - god of smiths and metal-workers

I would start LeBron,Marbury,Jefferson,Amare,Duncan, and let Iverson come off the bench. But you know what Iverson thinks about coming off the bench.

You forgot two of the more important gods:

Morpheus, god of Dreams

Dionysius, god of wine, fertility of nature, and agriculture

Morpheus

Because in our dreams we wish to do the impossible and more often than not, we accomplish that goal.

Iverson fractured his thumb in the game on Sunday. But he might play.

The game is being shown commercial free.

I'd like to see LeBron start as PG. Marbury should never play. He is awful. Jefferson is awful, he should rarely play.

LeBron, Wade, Duncan, then just rotate the Fowards in the lineup until one of them demonstrates even a minimal ability to shoot.

Does anyone on this team know how to play perimeter defense?

How ironic...

I can't believe you left out such an important goddess: Elsa Benitez. She's probably not Greek, but she's married to Rony Seikaly, which is good enough for me.
