If Kevin Durant is a GF, how come Lebron is not?

He used to be, but they got rid of the g either last year or the year before. I honestly don't think either should be, but the etiquette suggests you shouldn't vote another players guys down to a single position.

You can try looking for evidence that LeBron plays guard sometimes for the Heat and put it up for a vote.

I wasn't trying to say Durant shouldn't be a GF, but I think evidence is that if he is Lebron probably should be as well.

I imagine there'll be more than enough evidence to vote LeBron a GF this season. . . which, hey, may help one of my teams. . .hmmm.

I just noticed that Granger is a GF too? Come on if Danny is a GF, Lebron should be too.

How do I go about getting Lebron switched to a GF?

Go to the vote page, select position change and find some evidence. Generally in these leagues you need something other than "other players are GF's why isn't my guy" and "yahoo lists him" although those help.

TJ (and other newbies) here is an example of the evidence Nash is talking about. This is a position change I presented for Omri Casspi to be considered a GF instead of just a F in the International Keeper League (note: the vote was 11-2 so my evidence certainly didn't satisfy everybody).

Omri Casspi is clearly a perimeter player. With Kevin Martin’s return, he’ll likely receive less minutes overall, perhaps a loss of some at SG. While he started a number of games at SF, when Westphal would go with bigger wings (like Nocioni or Donte Green) in the lineup, Casspi would be moved to SG.

Has Casspi spending 13% of his floor time at SG. His personal PER for the position is 19.8 while his opponents is 9.9. The second best 5-man unit (and four of the top 10) have Casspi at the SG. http://www.82games.com/0910/09SAC7.HTM

And if you look at the stat splits, they include a “As Starting G” category http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/bas...28/splits.html

Thanks ATC. Right now it looks I'm going to hold off. Lebron's pretty much a "F" everywhere right now, but I'd be interested in seeing where the evidence is that Danny has ever played a G position here ;) More power to whoever has him on their team though because that offers good flexibility.

Some players start out as GFs or FCs when I think they shouldn't. Like how is Dwight Howard an FC?
